Site moved from kelar.org to gnu.ca                     2023-07-12

I have moved this website/gopherhole from kelar.org to gnu.ca,
now accessible at the following canonical addresses respectively:

  https://www.gnu.ca/~bandali/

  gopher://gopher.gnu.ca/1/~bandali/

I also took the opportunity to do some cleaning up, and make some
changes to directory structures.  I'm working through setting up
redirects for the website pages.  The older/existing files will
remain accessible at the previous gopher address at least for the
time being, but the gopherhole won't be updated with new material.

[ Update: I decided to move my personal site back to kelar.org:

    gopher://kelar.org/1/~bandali/  
  I will continue to maintain presence on gnu.ca too, though,
  to be comprised mainly of things related to GNU Canada.
